SUCTION BOX Serves for the arm installation. There is placed check point with plastic hose for sensing of the air-pressure in front of filter set on the box and the box connectors.

FILTER BOX Standard set consists of four filters. Protection filter G2 of big dust particles, filter F7, HEPA filter H13 and charcoal filter. This set guaranties minimal filter efficiency 99,95% for particles 100 nm and bigger. Filter F7 considerably prolongs the lifetime of HEPA filter. Charcoal filter eliminates bad smells. The lifetime of the set depends on the running conditions. Expected middle lifetime is expected some six months. For declared suction efficiency it is necessary to check filter set clogging. For this purpose it is the orange LED placed on the Fan Box. When it lights, the exchange of Filter Box is necessary. In this case the used box is to be replaced completely with new one. That way is maximal hygienical protection secured. The Filter Box is consumable part and can be ordered individually.

FAN BOX Includes fan with EC motor, differential pressure switch, main button (ON/OFF), flexible cable with male plug (length 2,7m), box connectors and control panel. Control panel consists of the knob with the scale, blue LED and orange LED. There is position “OFF” on the left hand side of the running field on the scale. On the right end of the scale is marked part for efficient using of the arm. The blue LED signalizes running of a unit. The orange LED signalizes clogging of the filters which means necessity of filter box Exchange.

SIDE COVERS The design part which covers boxes configuration: box connectors, electric and air connectors. There is placed Filter Box exchange manual on the inner side. Covers fixing to the boxes is arranged by magnets.
